it's actually kind of stupid, makes the hobby look cheap to get into, until you look at the price tags for yourself.

I agree, some of the more popular channels get free stuff to advertise, but its not as easy or common as people make it seem to be such as having a sponsor. I don't see anyone insignificant getting a free $3K transmission. Maybe a powerblock TV show.

I’d like to get a free set of Firestone Wide Oval 60 radials to test out. And I would advertise on my channel and add stickers on my rear bumper or rear window. The last time I bought Firestone was on my Wide Oval 60 F60-15 bias tires was in 1975 for my ‘71 Z28, cost me $67 ea.

I looked at the tko and did not want alter the transmission tunnel. I will be building a 383 and will back it with the TKX. It will be going in a 80Z 4 speed. Since is is still stock matching number I will pull the original engine/trans and put them in the corner. I an looking forward to twice the horsepower and the 5th gear.

Never understood this....what for? Do you plan to put it back to stock or is it for your family to sell as a package when you are gone? My stock engine was dead weight...gave it away to never be seen again.
