My floors were solid accept for under the accelerator pedal so, I patched in a new chunk of sheet metal and I just drilled new holes, hope I got it in the right spot, does it look like it's in the ball park?

Looks low to me . Seeing more of the upper arm than normal. I believe your cup is 180* off and the pedal is missing the lower flap. So yes ball park ,but not hitting it out of the ball park .

If I would have looked at the illustration on just about the last page of the assembly manual I would have seen you are supposed to use a tech screw to locate and hold in and place the cup before drilling. I have the old sheet metal I cut out, I just had it upside down. It just didn't look right, I'm glad JB chimed in so I could correct my stupid mistake, EZ fix. And you are right, the little flap is gone. It's not the end of the world, just need to fill two holes, I've done way way more stupid things. I wish I could say I was drunk or on LSD to preform such debauchery.

I got the firewall pad in and it fits perfect along with the heater box, kick panels/vents, E brake and cable. Tomorrow fuel/brake lines and rear end. I'll need to adjust my dolly while I have the car on the lift. If I manage to get a couple of things done per day it shouldn't take to awful long to finish.

Somehow I ended up with two of these firewall pads. 1/2 price + shipping if anybody needs one.
