Checked out the Wiki on it. Looks like there were 6 seasons, after the Pilot, each with 39 episodes. Don't think I ever saw the Pilot though. Pilot had a different Ward and also a different Wally...

How you know what season was being shown...

OTA TV only shows the G rating at the start. That's why I wanted to look it up. Plus, to see what that Bengie kid did after he was on the series and became an adult. He turned out to be a Producer and Production Manager.

I was shocked when I read that Wally (Tony Dow) died in 2022 at 77. The Beav is still alive.

I just got a box of 100 VHS tapes TV recorded stuff (remember those?) and about 10 of them have a lot of the Leave it to Beaver shows on them. Humm, may have to dub them down to my hard drive.
