Yep, 20 is a good working pressure.

Book says 30 initial and 20 with trigger pulled. It is set at 30 but I think it is closer to 25 with trigger pulled.

I think you have the same welder as I...I'm set at 17 w/trigger pulled and it does a great job...

Floors are pretty much finished. Still have a minor place or three to hit again. Also some work to do on the front area but going to wait until I pull the subframe. Temp coat of rustoleum to keep any flash rust away until I decide what I want to do for paint in there.



On to the back end. Quarters, trunk floor, drop offs, crossover panel and tail panel. Need to get this stripped to see what I got and make a game plan. Also think I have a little to do on the outer rockers of each side. I'll have to dig in to see how bad it is.

Pat, it looks like a totally different car when looking at the pics of the floor, then looking at the last few pics of the trunk and 1/4's. That's a lot of rust. I know your up for the challenge. Keep the pics coming.
