Wow, this reminds me a lot of my 70 Z build. I am not skilled enough to do the metal work, and am relying on my friend who owns a body shop that I have used since 1974 when his father owned it. The problem with that is getting pushed to the back of the line when the shop gets busy. Good luck with the build. Mine had been off the road since '78.

Back in the 70's my Nephew had a 68 Cuda notchback it was a Formula S 383 with the original motor. He sold it a long time ago but what he didn't know when he owned the car was there was only 66 of the 383 Formula S models made he said he wouldn't have sold it if he would have known that, the age of computer information has changed a lot of things.

Yes i am sure it'll take a few years to do it the way i want it... i am building 3 cars all at the same time.. so i devote a few hours each week to each of them just to keep it exciting lol. My 34 ford is on my chassis jig and i am doing the final block sand on my wifes 69 cuda.... the camaro, well.... its pretty self explanatory...lol

I told my wife I wasn't the only nut ball that bounces between car/truck projects! Haha. Nice work on the rust repair. Man that 55 is too cool. That Barracuda is going to be nice! I keep thinking I want to take the 354 Hemi out of my 40 Ford and put it in my 71 challenger. This winter I hope to get my 40 back on track.

I have the attention span of a squirrel lol.. so i need to keep 3 or 4 projects on the roll to keep my interest lol.. i had a 40 ford coupe and a 40 ford pick up.. very cool cars. Should have kept the coupe... i had a bunch of 331 and 354 hemi stuff a few years ago and sold it all off... my 354 was set up for a 6-71 blower.... that motor was expensive lol

New change of plans for the camaro. The toe boards i am not very happy with the fit up and the quality ... light gauge tin foil.. so i bit the bullet and bought a whole complete firewall with the toe boards from dynacorn...it wasnt cheap, so i hope the quality is better than the Taiwan toe boards i just took out lol
