Me thinks run a electronic speedo off the PCM and make it look like the stock speedo. The Autometer calibration works for any tire size.

Me consider idea so hard brain hurt. Cost no make sense. Summit have gauge
for $215 plus take-2-home. That almost same as parts for JagsThatRun parts! I
no have to mod speedo, or take apart dash with JagsThatRun idea.

JagsThatRun will send correct parts based on gear ratio and tire size.

So, it's hard to tell what your running. Anyway, the Dakota pulse generator works great on my LS1 PCM with a 350T. It's used just to tell the PCM that the car is moving or stopped so the PCM can maintain the idle when stopped. Me use factory speedo

Me look at pretty pictures, but not think 8 pulse will work with 4L60E. I make
1994 LT1/4L60E engine swap to 78 Camaro. 4L60E no have speedo output
for cable type stock. Need make cable output, need VSS for engine/trans.

If I remember correctly the stock pcm can be reprogrammed for different pulses. Then again I don't remember so clearly anymore

I takes the easy ways. Mounts a GPS on my dashes. Thats ways I knows hows fars and hows fast toos

Me dig from dead, have same thing. No want to spend $ on adapter to use parts can get easy. Need info.
