Squeaky192, I can tell you that using the BRP mounts you want have to do anything to the trans tunnel.

Wasn't expecting to and didn't, so that was good. The clearance on everything was great.

Getting the bolts into the trans/shims for the trans mount were a pain with the 4L80, almost seems as if it isn't sitting square. I'm going to look into it some either tonight or tomorrow night.

Found a shop locally that has the 4L80 yoke in stock, so I'll pick that up on the way home from work and be able to measure to get my driveshaft ordered. The truck pinion is goofy and requires a counter-bored yoke, which has been a bit more of a pain to source than I expected.

AC condenser and compressor are on the way from Vintage Air, along with the other odds and ends I needed to complete the kit I had. Guys at Vintage are super knowledgeable and helpful, definitely recommend them to anybody.

Tonight I hope to get the front suspension under the car, then I'll likely be pulling the engine on Saturday and prepping/painting the firewall.

If you are interested I could use the Camaro and 350 emblem off your donor fender. Would be willing to pay of course.

Car is coming along nicely!

I'll have to get up in the attic and pull them off, I doubt I need them for anything.

I'm actually no longer going to be using that fender either.

Didn't get near as much done as I'd of liked, but still progress. Got the wheels back from the powder coater and tires mounted. I need to buy the blue bowtie center caps then the wheels will be done.

Got the suspension mostly mounted up and hand tight. I put the tie-rods together and eye-balled it off of the old ones to get the alignment somewhat
there. Went to O'Reilly's and got an IROC Camaro steering box as well.

Little more progress tonight. Got the bearings greased and in the hub then tossed the rotors on and got the spindle nut squared away.

Got the wheels on the front end and lowered it down and eye-balled the alignment decent enough for now. Thing sits pretty low, RIP longtubes. I also bolted up the IROC steering box.

Picked the seats up from the upholstery guy, so excited to get them together and in the car when the time comes. Here they are just kinda setup for pics:

Also, it appears my driveshaft I have will work with the 4L80 afterall, so I just need to swap the yoke and the driveline is good to go.
