Ryan,Yes he sold that car, I believe sometime late in 2004. He and I exchanged emails a couple of months ago, and he mentioned the sale. What a car, the best restored '77 I have ever seen - by far.

duece, I tried to Email you, but was unable to. Do you have the original wheels for the '77 Z? If so, what are the date codes? Also, what other parts do you have for sale? Thanks, Nick

Adam, are you going to bring your 77 to the Carlisle show. If you are, I am going. I always love to see original 77's. I would love to take some photos for my restoration. Dan

Dan,I won't be bringing my Z28. I just enjoy spending the day walking around and checking out all the vendors, and cars that are for sale. It's about a 4 1/2 hour drive for me, so that's too far to take the camaro. While you're there, check out D&R Classic Automotive. They're a nice camaro restoration parts company.

Rich, Nice to hear from you again. The year appears on the part of the wheel where the tire is mounted, so it is only visable with the tire off. On each side of the valve stem hole is a letter and a number. The letter is the month and the number is the day of the month. A '77 Z would probably have wheels dated about a month before the build date of the car (approx.)(Mine does) Rich, Do you still have those magazines that I didn't have copies of? Let me know! Thanks, Nick

Heh Heh Heh ..... you know, Nick, I was thinking about that as I typed this morning, and almost said something about it! Yes, I do have those issues for you still, and I believe I still have your mailing address. I think you've waited more than long enough! Nice hearing from you.Rich

Adam , sorry to hear you are not bringing your car. Wayne and I both drove our 77's 400 miles each way to the camaro superfest last year, and we will be doing the same this year. Wayne and I had the only 77 z's at the camaro superfest (worlds largest camaro show). I would have loved to have seen your car! Dan

How many of you own black on black 4 speed cars? I would like to own for my next toy.

My friend Wayne has a black with black interior 4 speed and a white with black interior , both 77 z's. We drove the white one home from San francisco CA to southern Indiana 2600 miles, and the black one we drove home from South Dakato 1100 miles. My silver car came 1300 miles from Ontario Canada to its home now in Louisville Kentucky
