Hi I'm a new member to this messageboard so I thought I should say hi. I'm 18 years old, I live in Louisville Kentucky and I own a 1977 z28 that I bought as my first car when I was 16. Here are some pictures of it:

I look forward to having a great place like this that can help me work on it.

Hey outsider welcome to the board..There's a great bunch of guys here with loads of knowledge..If you got a question 99.9% of the time somebody will have an answer for you.

BTW the camaro looks great..I can see some 17's in your future though,it would look even better with them.

Haha. Thanks. If you only knew about this things history: Bought new by an old man, man died, car got stolen and stripped, recovered, sold at an auction, rebuilt by previous owner, and then sold to me.

The seats are out of an 80's firebird and those rims came from a junkyard. It needs work, but I'm up for the challenge.

Here's some specs on it: 5.7 liter, high output 350 v8, holly 600 4-barrel carb, edelbrock air filter, hooker super comp headers, straight pipes, hurst dual-gate shifter, fiberglass fenders(horrible), front bumper, and cowl hood, some kind of aftermarket heads with roller rockers, and a bunch of other stuff I don't know about yet. I'm really happy with it.

Man I had the exact same problem. The rear window leaked, it ran behind the plastic arm rest and puddled in the seat pan. Fast forward about 20 years and there was a nice little hole. I just put some rust-stop stuff on it and then slapped some fiberglass filler on it. No one will ever see it so I'm not worried, but for awhile there I was getting pretty worried as to why I could smell exhaust fumes inside my car!
