Prolly has to do with your post count (less than 35)...which will THEN make you a VETERAN member....

Two things- the first being what RSCamaro has mentioned- the 'member' list that you can click on in the upper right corner of the message board screen only adds you to the list when your post count gets around 25-30. The other thing is that if you're looking at the "member list" on the nastyz28.com main page- this is a carry-over from a few years ago from the board's early days- this list was not automatically tied to the message board's "members" and people had to fill in a specific profile and "join" the group. That function has since been discontinued but the people that were listed in it up to somewhere around mid-year 2000 are all that's listed and it stays around for 'historical' purposes. Most board "members" are not on this list as they may have joined up after that function was discontinued or never bothered going through the extra "registration" to be listed in it (i.e. like me for one).

My name doesn't appear in that particular members list either. However...when I went to search and used my username it comes up. If you click on your name at that site it takes you to your actual profile. I keep a mirror handy if I'm actually looking for myself ...it works

Well- to offer an answer that doesn't really say much:

Different parts/search-sort functions of the UBB have been "hacked" by Madmike to allow for features that the standard UBB version lacked and this MAY have resulted in a few 'quirks' that seem to defy a proper explanation. It's nothing to worry about and once someone has surpassed 30 posts they can always be "found" in the search feature after that.
