While reveiwing a topic I had previously posted in, I noticed my post was removed from the topic. Is this some new guideline? It's one thing to shut an out of control topic down, but eliminate random responses is a whole other dynamic. Maybe it's time to move on.

Can you give a specific topic as a reference ? I will look into this for you.

This had happened to me in the past as well.
Although I pointed out, no site rules were broken, it really didn't matter.

Admins/Moderators can do whatever they want on this board, basically I was told they don't have to account to anyone!

Why must every missing post be some sort of "conspiracy"? I don't know what post is being referred to here- but there are a number of possibilities:

a) are you sure it actually posted -i.e. did you view the topic after submitting your response
b) was there some questionable content or language in the post
c) perhaps while doing some housecleaning of a topic something was deleted by accident (it does happen, albeit rarely).

The fact that 99.99% of posts are left alone should be an indicator that nothing is "up" around here- and ONE missing post is hardly cause for paranoia. When almost every post of a particular person starts to 'disappear' perhaps then something is 'up'.

You have a valid statement and I'm not here to whine about a post being deleted just because I submitted it. The point for me is the only reason anyone would delete the post I'm refering to would be for an oposing politically biased view. To me that goes beyond the line.

Wayne (RSCamaro73) has asked for the details so he can look into it- maybe you should forward them to him. This issue without anyone knowing what specifically you're talking about is accomplishing absolutely nothing at this point.

AHA- we may have your answer- I just went to "quote" Psychohamster- and somehow ended up "Editing" his post- is this a problem with the board, an issue with my computer or am I a bit uncoordinated today? One of the above I'm sure.

In any event- give Wayne the details and let him investigate...

Hate to miss a Psychohamster reply, livens up the board usually.

I don't have an issue with my missing post. It was some time ago. I only mentioned it because you had the same thing happen.
