Perhaps it would be good to remove the threads in the auction section after the auction has ended. That way we could save space on the server.

Just a thought.

I plan on cleaning the place out, same way as the swapmeet and BS sections are cleaned out after a certain period of time. Cleaning up specific auctions would be very time consuming.

i delete my auction posts when the auction has ended.that's why you see the ebay ends date and time in the subject line,this way it is much easier to find an delete.that's how dakdawn and i are doing it so if everyone follows that format the auction forum will never clutter up.

That's a very good idea, even if we don't delete them whoever is moderating in that section doesn't have to work as hard
