Has anyone had trouble contacting moementum camaro before? I placed an order back in july and received most of it. I need to return one item and can not get in touch with them. I have tried serval phone calls and left messages as well as sent an e mail. Any idea what I should do?

Thanks
Daniel

I just talked to James Tuesday night and placed an order, hope to see it today. I usually can get a hold of him after 8pm EST.

If the lines busy, keep on tryin'. Can't beat the man's prices though.

I still have not gotten in touch with Moementem. I have left messages, e-mails for 3 months or more. I have a return item that I have sent back and he has not responded. Prices might be good but if there is no customer service whats the use. Any other ideas in how to get in touch with this guy would be great.
Thanks for the help.
Daniel

Sounds like Moementum needs to hire you...I read a lot within this web site about *not getting in contact with him, etc...* I have no personal neg's against him, however reading such posts makes me think twice.

Being a board "official" I can't really comment on this issue as Moementum was a past site sponsor- but what I'm hearing here is nothing new- tough to get ahold of, won't answer emails, etc. etc. Although the people that have managed to get their parts successfully seem to be very happy.

"as Momentum was a past site sponsor"
Eric, does that mean James is longer a sponsor? I'm one of the people who has nothing but good things to say about James. Although he is hard to get a hold of, he is very helpful.

Madmike is really the guy to answer who is 'current' and who isn't. I haven't seen a Moementum banner for a few weeks- so I assume that the sponsorship is offline at the moment.

Edit: I stand corrected- as soon as I left here and went to Interior Topics- up popped the Moementum banner- my bad...

There's a banner on top of the swap meet forum page.
