Dumb question, but I can't seem to get it to work. I can get smilies to work in my posts here, but how do I get them to work in my email messages?

I keep getting the url link to show up, but no picture.

Any hints?

I think the email has to be written in HTML or you need one of those email plug-ins.

Just to clarify, you wish to add a smiley to your home emails? If so, you have *steal* a smiley image from the internet (right click, save as, then name the image onto your hard drive within one of your files) then insert that image into your email message! Does that answer it for you?

Ok, I'll give that a whirl. I'll be back later if it doesn't work!
