How do you end or delete(de-activate)a post once you have an adequate answer? I feel kinda guilty taking up space for already solved problems...

Also what does "ttt" stand for?

ttt = to the top. It bumps a post back up to the top of the list so people will see it.

You don't need to delete a thread once you get an answer. In fact, this is one of the benefits of the message board - someone else might have the same question and can search for the answer and get his questions answered immediately rather than asking again.

You can delete a thread though. Simply edit it and click the delete box. You can delete threads you started or a post that you entered.

Thanks!! I normally try a search before asking... BTW can a search be done in more than one category at the same time (i.e. tips, suspension, drivetrain) without doing separate searches?

Due to the size of the place, you can only search one forum at a time. That's why it's suggested topics be posted in their "correct" forum.
