I ordered few parts from Moementum Camaro three weeks ago and I havenīt heard anything from them since. I tried to contact them by e-mail last week but no answer yet. What do you think should I still wait or place the order for somewhere else?
Plastic tip on door window guide roller got broken and now the window is kind of loose all the time and the car is my daily driver so I need the part badly.

I've heard good things about Moementum though.
I'd just wait it out a little bit if I was you... he's sure to contact you.

He can be reached by phone between 2 and 8 CDT. You may have to try a number of times but that's your best bet. He get's the job done but I would have to say that if you are really in a hurry, you might want to look elsewhere or at least get him to give you an expected ship date.

You can't knock the customer service at all. He'll spend time talking to you about your car and stuff in general (or any questions) that you may have (if you actually get ahold of him - this parts stuff is his second job).

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.....

James, from Moementun e-mailed to me right after my post and they had had some computer problems and they didnīt see my order when it came. But now he have sent my stuff and he didnīt charge shiping and handling because of delay. So now Iīm happy and looking forward to make busines with him again. (Still need to get parts from my friens place in Chicago to Finland but thatīs an other problem then)

If he sent it out it's not in his hands anymore. Maybe it got held up in customs?

Well I am having the same problem trying to get in touch with him my parts that were supposed to be delivered on monday or tuesday. Trying to get a hold of him is near impossible I had left my name and phone # on thursday and also emailed him and still no email or phone call. If I have to wait two weeks for the parts they will be useless to me I could have ordered from NPD and would have had it by now. Is there any other way of getting in touch with him besides threw his web site email. any suggestions would be great.

Do what ginman suggests and keep calling until you get through to him. Its the only effective way. When you do get ahold of James, ask for detailed information on what was shipped, when, and by what carrier.

After two months waiting I canceled my order for Moementum. I didnīt get any reply to my request for the tracking number etc. Now I ordered parts from the Classic Industrial and the parts was on the way at the same day when I did place the order. Well, maybe CI is a pit expensier than Moementum but Iīm more than happy to pay few extra bucks when customer service works like it should.
