Did Mark Steilow really sold the Mule,
cous in the articles he's always talking
about how he wants the car to be?
So I thought he was doing it for himself???

I bought the Mule from Mark. He likes building them the most and can't afford to start another without selling one.

Schweet. Hey Clill, what's your take on the car ? What's your personal opinion as to the handling, power and such, for an older car with that much newer technology init ?

I drove the Mule and the Thrasher yesterday. Both cars beg to be driven hard. The sound inside is awesome. The Thrasher is a faster car and the power 6-piston Alcons have made me decide the upgrade from the Track 1 Baer's is well worth it; that car flat out stops! The Mule has the same basic front brakes with a 4 piston rear and stops well, but not the same. I'd imagine the power versus manual is most of the difference.

The Mule has a quieter exhaust, much more sound-deadening materials and a completely sealed firewall. This makes the car quieter when driving down the road than the Thrasher. They both are awesome looking cars, but the nod for looks and design goes to the Mule in my opinion. Both handle comparably although they have completely different approaches as far as front suspensions. Firm ride, but not objectionable.

They both love to be driven fast and sound awesome at 6800 rpm. The T56 is very smooth and easy to shift; makes me glad I bought one for my new car project.
