This isn't a question but I wanted to post this here. If I'm in the wrong place please move the thread. If anyone has rusty parts they need to clean; bolts, brackets, etc, this stuff works great. Dip the parts in the solution for several hours and you'll remove it to find the rust gone and a clean, ready to use metal part. Of course, it doesn't remove pitting of the metal. But the nasty scaley stuff will all come off and the part will be ready to paint and use. Just rinse it off with water and dry it. Could probably also wipe it off with paint thinner before painting. This is much easier than cleaning with a wire brush. The Metal Prep Dip is available at Home Depot and is sold by the gallon. Anyway, just wanted to share this here as I've used this product many times with great results.
