    Hello,
Looking for two 1/4-20 OEM bolts that attach the rear bumper guards (fangs) to the rear lower tail panel on a 1970 Z28.
    Thanks,
    Bryan

    Bryan,
Here’s a picture of the screws from my 71. I’m not 100% sure they’re original but these are obviously not 1/4”-20.

Hey guys appreciate the responses. I'm just going by what I remember the hardware looked like on my Citrus Z. Here's some pics of a NOS hardware kit. I'm not sure if it differed from the assembly line hardware. It looks like the AMK B-10384 bolt (see pic) will be close. My car has the fangs hanging from the bumper with the 1/2" holes in what appears to be the original tail pan. I guess the rubber grommets were removed during paint and were not reinstalled. If I can't find any from a forum member, I'll just have to come up with a $30 minimum order which probably won't be too hard to do.

    Here is the AIM page:

AMK does not list the #6 180022 bolt, but does list the 3903539 well nut:

It's 1/4-20, so what bkmont lists in post 7 appears to be correct. The finish on the bolts is what is in question now.

According to the AMK catalog, the bolt they are selling is S8 = Zinc (Dark Silver - Blue). 1,100 mile Z28 shows a silver finish with a M head mark.
