I don't have much of a garage at this house yet:( .... Hoping next year we will have the coin to build a new detached garage, talked to 1 neighbor who built his a few years back, said the city limits you to 900 square feet, soo 900 it will be : ) somtin like 25'deep x 36' wide be cool=900 sq'
glad this house is on a double lot .....
i have like 12' wide x 30' deep now in the house... when the monster garage is built that will become the new storage/work shop ;)

    That will be huge.

I'm hoping I can squeeze a three car garage onto my lot.

Dang...the three car garage is a no go. I won't fit. Bummer.

    Oh well...

My lot is irregular, almost pie-shaped since its on a cul-de-sac. I'll still have a small shop in the rear of the garage and I'll just put in a slab for a decent car port outside.

I bought one of the work benches a couple of years ago
    Weighs over 200 pounds
    It's built like a tank
It wont scratch or absorb oil like wood will
It could probably hold a whole motor
It will last my lifetime and someone elses
    To me,it's worth it

I bolted a vice to it,use it all the time
    One of my better investments
