Well fellas I ran it at the track tonight. It went best of...

    7.98 @87mph
    1.81 60'

    Then it ran 2
    8.00 @86..

It got out of the hole better but ran bad in the top end... I got 30hp more and 4tq more... figured it would have done better then when it had 413hp and ran 7.97 @88... really upset I even messed with the carb and the tire pressure. Anyone got any advice for me?

I wouldn't be to upset because if you were to convert those times to a 1/4 mile pass you would have run a 12.65 ET /107MPH pass

Well I know it has more in it then that, I'm thinking it could be a fueling issue, I'll post a video if it will let me

Uploading a video on YouTube and I'll copy and paste the link here. Just seems like around 70 it kinda died off, could be the weather tho I'm not sure.

Running 3.73 or 4.10 gear will help , notice you just shifted into drive at the stripe which isn't good

I think it's shifting too low of rpm, I'm going to delete the vacuum adv. so I can have a higher total timing and lock it out and get a z28 fuel pump with the bowl on the bottom that will hold more fuel. Hopefully that will help me out.

If anyone looks at this just know tonight I got my new personal record!
    60'-1.75
    330'-4.98
    660'-7.72
    Mph-89.7

Not to shabby for a full weight street car I think! Should be a 12.1x or 12.2x @110mph

congrats on 7.70 I think you should be a little faster, dont know what your car weighs or what compression you have.
