Thank you. Putting the front suspension back on today. Then off to some more bodywork.

Hey guys anathor update on the car. I managed to get one of the sides done on the suspension. Getting ready to pull the car out the garage and start patching panels. Dont wanna risk catching my place on fire. 20161117_224945.jpg 20161117_225115.jpg

I also enlarged the holes on the core support. As stated on the instructions from PTFB. Most of the body bushing sleeves will not fit into the core support. It only took about 15 min to do this task. All you need is a hefty o'l dremmel. 20161117_131711.jpg 20161117_131734.jpg

I had quite a few dents. 20161114_163305.jpg after guide coat and sanding with 80 grit. 20161121_151428.jpg put a bit of filler to even it all out 20161121_151418.jpg Today i got some epoxy on em. Ill post more pics later since my father has more pictures than i do. I kinda just zone out when i work on it and remeber to take pictures later on

Decklid was ugly, pitted and just plain crappy. so i made a small patch in the worst areas and touched it up a bit. 20161121_165912.jpg 20161121_165921.jpg 20161121_200251.jpg Just curious.. there was a little hole on the quarter panel. Is that for an antenna? I kinda like the idea of driving with the flag ;):brightide

Hey guys havnt done much but i brought the car up with me. So ill be working on it pretty often. Anyways. After unpacking a couple things i unboxed my dash pad that i picked up off ebay. The part where the gauge cluster goes had a plate fitting into it. Not sure if its for shipping reasons but being that i have an ls in the car now im considering going with a race pack and i think this would be awsome to try out as a gauge cluster? Anything i might run into? 20161211_142928.jpg

IMG_0013.JPG Update again .. picked up this sweet lsxrt intake with fuel rails and a 102 throttle-body paid 500. I think its a score i know it wont clear the stock hood but i kinda dont plan on using a hood for the first few times i drive the car. Kinda curious as to what this would look like with it stickin out of the hood as in having a small cutout?

Hard to tell, but why do you think it will not clear the hood?

  10. Look how high it sits. Its like a truck intake.
