    Those are actually aluminum mounts black anodized, built here of course!

    this is a great project, thanks for sharing. Is this a "spec" project or is it being commissioned by a customer?

    I can tell you right now the trans cross member is going to be all into the floor pans of the car. In that area of the floor you only have about a 1/2" of clearance above the sub frame.

    We had it measured that it will clear by a 1/16" but we haven't actually sat the body on it as of now, so you may be correct. It's a prototype so easily changed. We talked about doing a laser cut version too, we will keep this thread updated.
