Temp paint booth fan

    Wow, that is a lot of CFM, great idea. I bought a fan today before I read this. It's a 24 inch fan. I'll try it and see how it works. I should have thought of the blower, I see them all the time around here since we have a lot of sheet rocking guys that use them.

    What you bought is fine but if you buy the fan daniel76309 mentioned, you will own quite a useful tool/fan. Those are great to dry carpets or even cool your garage when working in the heat. PS....I got mine at a pawn shop cheap, maybe harbor freight sells them cheap.

    Many years ago, we shot many a vehicle in a similar constructed booth.
    We had a set of 2-box fans on the outside of one end blowing into the booth with a set of "wet" filters and then on the opposite side we had a set of 4-box fans "Sucking" out the air into another set of "wet" filters.

    Dust and explosions were never an issue even oh hot days but we had to adjust our hardner / retarder for the humidity depending on the temperature when we sprayed.
