Thanks. Made it ourselves last weekend, froze some up & had it again yesterday.
Not sure if it would win any chili cookoffs, but was still pretty good. Only added 1/2 beer.
    Did you try it?

I cheated a little. I like more meat than beans so I cut the beans by half. For the diced tomatoes I used 4 cans Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies. I used Yuingling beer and I deleted the cumin as it bothers my stomach. I used alot of pepper, garlic, and a little salt and other seasoning. Warmed on low for 3 hrs and the aroma was killing me. Made garlic bread and served it over rice the first night and mashed potatoes the second. It was so freakin good I impressed myself and could not get enough. Yes it was spicey but thats the way I like it.
Best chili I have had in 20 years! Yours looks really good!

I'm going to try, I always use Carrol Shelbys Chili Starter in the Box, this will be a good change up.
