Sound deadener

    Started putting my sound deadener in today, seems to be going good so far. Juat thought I would post some pics of my progress.

    FYI....I am using the peel and seal product in 18" and 12" rolls.

    Looks good.

    I used peel and seal too, and it made a huge difference. I also put a layer of something called reflectix ontop of the peel and seal. I got it at lowes also.

    I wish I knew about Peal and Seal 20 years ago.... My car still has the factory tar pads in it.
    Some day... I'll replace the carpet and redo the floor with this stuff.

    looks nice...think about taking up my factory crap and redo inside mine with this stuff...

    If I can give any advice it is this...when you need to get it down inside of a corner or roll line, GENTLY heat with a small butane torch and it will stretch very nicely. Take your time, cause it will frustrate you, and walk away when you get pi$$ed. lol. Took me all afternoon and about 4 beers.

    A hair dryer worked pretty well too. Just make sure you want it to stick because after it's been heated it's a PITA to pull back up.

    YES IT IS HARD T GET RID OF I put it in my nova man it stinks in that car
