I'd like to thank my very good friend hoov81 once again for finding me a correct date-coded defogger and some other goodies for my car. His help has been invaluable and I really appreciate it. Thanks again, bud.

I'd also like to give a shout out to stafs05 for the tip on some parts and to McCune for the advice. Thanks buds for all of your help. I really appreciate it.

Thanks go out to 2nd gen Guy for helping me out with some small, but important (to me) parts. The price was right and I received them lightning-fast. Thanks a bunch.

Big thanks to Flajunkie. I bought a set of Polyglas GT tires from him and he dropped them off in MD during driving trip up the east coast. Jim, it was really nice meeting you and Carrie and sharing a little MD blue crab :)

A much appreciated thank you to Chuck (Camarosrus) for the hood insulation retainers that I ordered from him. The retainers look just like the original ones. Parts were shipped really fast. Super nice guy to work with. Thanks again for the help.

Much thanks to TommyRS70 for the elusive Muncie backdrive linkage. One more hard-to-find part I can cross off my list! The 5618 rod looks perfect and the swivel assembly is soaking in a tub of Evapo-rust to remove the minor amount of surface rust on it.

Now I need to decide on whether to phosphate them of leave as is. The patina on them is great. i will probably phosphate them to match the rest of the linkage.

    Thanks Tom!

Just wanted to thank Chuck Sharin (CamarosRus) for the hood insulation on the 80 Z with induction. it fit perfectly. installed it by myself no issue the pre-molded cutout fit perfectly on the air induction. gasket goes right inside of it. A good fit and dense product....made a heck of a difference on the heat and motor noise. I am still missing 1 insulation clip in the very center back because someone put a screw in the hole to hold wiring now that I just took this picture I noticed I never finished it. LOL..
