Right turn signal bulb in gauge cluster not working?

    My right turn signal in the gauge cluster is not working, i can hear the flasher blinking and see the front and rear blinkers working just not the bulb in the cluster, iv'e changed the bulb and even switched the left to the right.
    Anybody have this issue before?

    I had the same issue in my 71. The cause was the position of the bulb retainer in the instrument cluster. When I inserted the retainers in the cluster, I would always turn it as far as it would go. With the hazard switch pushed in, I started turning the retainer and found a location where the light came on.

    Check if the contacts on the bulb are making contact with the contacts in the retainer seat. Remove the retainer. Set multimeter to Ohms (200 scale). Place each probe against the contacts on the retainer. Should get a very low ohm reading
