    I keep catching myself kneeling and putting a lot of weight & uneeded pressure on my R/ knee which has the knee replacement

    I was told by my Ortho Doctor that doing this can damage prosthetic joint .Also no exercises involving squatting as that'll destroy it quickly

    Crap! That sucks. Hope that they get you straightened up and back to functional so you can rehabilitate. I wouldn't have left you along sitting there when you were feeling nauseious. Should have been set in an armchair if you had to be left alone for a moment.

    Carr please be careful. But on a good note 107 degrees of motion is terrific. Hope all goes well and they didn't let you hurt yourself.

    107 is great, but I haven't been close since - too much stiffness.

    Hopefully tomorrow is a Good Day!

    This is the Bruising on my leg from that fall from a chair yesterday
