Reporting from Hospital Room #514

    Survived Irma (still no power at my House), & the Camaro is fine.

    I was scheduled to go into the Hospital today and have my Knee Replaced - Done at 10am this morning and they already have me walking. I'll bee here til Saturday!

    Wishing you a speedy recovery. It is amazing what they do now with joint replacement. Had both my hips replaced.

    funny you say that - I'm a runner and have been since I was 8 years old. In HS, I set a regional record of a 4:17 Mile which I think still stands!

    I haven't taken any Pain Meds, I know they have a Nevrve lock, but no pain at all. Of course, I've had NINE previuos surgeries to tis knee! So Good so far

    Glad to see ya made it through Irma OK.
    I'm with ya on the no power, my generator is still cookimg. Thank God.

    That is amazing they got you walkimg around already. Technology in the medical field never stops amazing me. I can imagine that one day there will be body part stors similar to the auto stores today. Just go up to the counter tell them your year model and blood type! And get a new whatever. :crazy:
