Rear Leaf springs recommeded for 275- 60-15 tires on stock 5 spoke z rims.

    What rear springs would be best for the 275-60-15 tires on a 79 Camaro so that the tires clear and don't bottom out on the wheel well.

    I know someone on here has done this.:)

    275 are too wide for stock 7” wheels.

    275’s will fit in the wheel wells with 8” wheels and proper backspacing.

    1000 guys have. I'd probably avoid anything advertised as a drop spring. I've never done it but i bet stock height springs would be fine

    Terry is right about allowable rim width.

    I'll probably get the rims widened professionally.
    Stock and or a little high is fine.
