Thanks heaps for the offer and info. Unfortunately with shipping to NZ, conversion rates and taxes it ends up being about $270 landed and I can't quite bring myself to spend that much on a switch yet

Can anyone verify if a 70s firebird delay wiper switch would work? Or point to any threads where someone has used one. I woul not think they are that much different than ours. They seem to be easier to find in general than the ones from camaros.

Thank you Green Hornet. I am surprised that you managed to find that mounting plate. Inline Tube Part #INL11847. You can also find it on amazon. I just bought one I will put it on and test it and let everyone know if it works or not. Might be helpful for others who need the plate.

Just so everyone is aware the Inline Tube Part #INL11847 does work for our hidden wiper setups. I was able to bolt it to the firewall and bolt the motor up with no issues. So if anyone is looking for this adapter plate this is the only manufacture that I know that makes it. I dont have delay wipers but I do have hidden wipers at the moment until I can find a delay switch for a reasonable price.
