Guys i'd like to give a shout out to Powermaster Performance. I bought a brand new 9600 starter and I knocked it off my work bench shortly after opening the box. It took a 3 ft drop and busted the housing around the armature. I could only laugh at that point! I emailed the customer service on Saturday and on Monday I had a response telling me to ship the starter so they could fix it. I just got the repaired starter back and they did not charge me a cent! It's companies like these that I have no problem promoting since they actually care about their customers and their products are made in the USA.

Ha! It was at my finger tips on the way down! I'm just glad it didn't hit the Camaro that was about 6-inches away.

Thanks for posting. I like to give credit where it's due too. Will certainly consider them when I need to upgrade my starter.
