Poor Customer Service

    Protour I placed an order in June for a console part from Camaro Central. I was notified after fact it was on back order and would take 1-2 months.. well okay.. In October I got an email saying this..

    Greetings! We still have CON-171 on National Backorder with an ETA for early Janurary. Thank you for your patience!

    So I sent back this..

    I have no idea what this is for. Could you be a bit more clear on what part you are talking about? (by this time, I have forgotten about the back ordered part..)

    They sent back a short, this is for console part.

    its pretty simple guys, THEY DONT CARE ! Im sure if a person higher up in any company knew about issues like this there would be a phone call or some type of a notification. The person who takes orders on the phone does just that ,takes the order, what happens from there is someone elses problem. Thats where the customer gets beat. That SUCKS !

    The few times I had to call them they were crabby/bitchy to me so im all set with that. They delivered everything I ordered (eventually).
