    Here is what I found. Is this the factory block in your car? I wouldn't say "the block used in vans busses". That front pad is stamped....Which means that particular block was probably factory in a truck. The block casting itself was a 350 used in a variety of vehicles.

    1969-79/ 3970010/ 350/ 185 low Hp/370 High Hp / 2 or 4 barrel car, truck, Vette
