I have a single pcv hook up at the back and the other two holes with oil filler plugs.

Its a 383 sbc. Possibly too much crankcase pressure and blowing the front main seal?

After a little over 100 miles on the engine and 3 quarts low!?!? Oil all over the front frame and everywhere else on back.

How about installing the old engine type vents that are open on one and pcv on the other?

    HELP!

A breather and a pcv usually gets rid of most crankcase pressure.

Try the pcv and vent first but that doesn't sound like the problem. A pvc system creates vacuum, not pressure. Can you further isolate where the oil is coming from? There's a lot to leak around in the front; china wall, valve cover, timing chain cover, crank snout gasket, oil pan gasket, etc. Good luck in chasing this down. I just had to order new valve cover gaskets, oiled down the side and underneath mine last week.

Get the hollow PCV. You won't regret it with your motor. Mine went bad and I had oil leaks everywhere until I put the hollow one in. I actually run 2 with a catch can.

I went with GM's part number 12572717. Works good.
