Notice how none of the haters are posting now that your plan worked??
Yea funny how that worked out
How can you say it 'worked' if you haven't interviewed the employees to see where their moral is?
We are back to being on schedule that how we know it worked
If all the employees are pissed off and/or disgruntled are you sure?
I don't care that much to be honest, just asking the obvious.
It's on the internet it must be true.
His plan worked out fine.He quit, left his job.
I still work for the company just a different plant
What break are you talking about? As for the workers being happy, i highly doubt that they are happy, i know our plant does the same thing year after year, forced ot then slow it down ,and say see it was only for a lil while (just the warm weather months ) when you like to do things outside w/ family and friends. Then the next year its the same thing . forced ot is not a good moral maker for any length of time , no matter what management thinks, but then again management are the guys sitting in the ac offices not out there sweating it out w/ the guys , and they arnt in there on the days that they force workers to be there
Just remember that every minute you spend working is one less minute you get to be with your family. That isn't important till your better half has an incurable illness or you start having grandchildren, or your own heath is shot.
