I saw a C&C on tv, they said it was the largest Auto event, lmao. Obviously they never made it to Woodward.

This is just a local Cars and Coffee, so it's not that large. Still unfortunate that it takes away one more place for guys to meet up and exchange ideas and common interests.

True, but I know the promoters are looking to keep it on the up and up with the property managers. Which is good so it can be an ongoing event.

Not sure. The post doesn't elaborate. I know it wasn't the only meet up to use the lot. There were other clubs that used it at various times of the week. I am willing to bet that some were just getting to rowdy. It is a busy parking lot and some meet ups were in the evenings when there were patrons shopping.

I have been to this Cars and Coffee a few times and it seemed to be pretty civil. Plus the end time was before the shops opened as to not crowd the parking lot for regular customers.

There's one at 14 & Woodward every sat morn, lucky it's on the Birmingham side, Royal Oak is the other way and the Police are unreal, at 10ish everyone just leaves, people are parked everywhere, no tickets, it's pretty cool.
Get one going at your house, lol. I did, it was fun, this year it'll be bigger.
