THats good. DId you have to go to the transmission shop for that? SOunds like an odd problem.
Nope. Guy came to my house, hooked up a tech 2, and narrowed the issue to the valve body.
After going through the valve body with the transgo instructions in hand, the culprit was located.
New pan gasket and new fluid and it is good to go.
Car should be tuned in a few weeks. However, I will be away for work.
What did he end up finding and what was the trouble code if there was one?

Car is so much nicer to drive with a working transmission...who would'a thunk?
I really cannot get it into WOT much as AFR's show ~13:1 under boost. My initial impressions are mixed at this point as a result.
A trip to the track later this year will tell the real story though. The car will be getting a 10-point cage prior to my return if things go correctly. I then plan on running the car in http://www.streetcar-takeover.com/ at the Phoenix event.
So whatever turned out with this build?
It's 95% done but I have been driving it around on the weekends. I still need to get a new hood and air intake on the turbo figured out. Also,the 4 inch exhaust dumped needs to be extended out the back or at least aimed different. The turbo maxes out my 95lb injectors even on a blend of E50. The car has been pushed on the back burner as we have moved across the country and are building a new home. Still have it though but it's very low on the priority list for now
