Morning all. Very new here, but this is my 3rd resto. I did a 69 Chevelle first, followed by a 72 Nova. Hopefully this one goes a lot smoother than the past 2. View attachment 19588 View attachment 19589

Good morning! Welcome to the best site for 2nd generation Camaros! Lots of great people here to help out with advice/comments/parts! Looks like your car is in pretty decent shape body wise. Looking forward to seeing lots more pics as you work on her.

Fortunately, most of the body work is done. Just need to finish some floor pan patches, then block. I'll actually be under it for hours on end sanding/scraping and then putting some good quality undercoating on it before paint. I will try to document as much as I can. The patches are solid, but I'd do them different. I'm not wanting a show car, but a driver that is solid and stable and fast.

I had a 75 LT. Medium blue with graystone interior. I loved it. Good luck.

If you have access to a pressure washer, I have a time saver tip for you. Spray the underside of the car with easy-off and let set overnight. Done this to a buddies car to get the grease off, wound up going to the bare metal. Even took off the factory primer.
