Broke down and decided to cut the original dash. Installed a Kenwood DIN1 and some 6x9's in the rear package tray. I purchased the fiberglass package tray and the door pods from a member here who makes them. I'll need to replace my door panels with a newer set to use the door pods, so I'm holding off on the door speakers until I can get all of that straightened out.

I bought window regulators for both doors and started swapping out the driver's side first. What a pain this job is. I let the window get away from me and the bottom rollers came out of the front and rear tracks. I had a heck of a time getting those rollers back into the tracks. I had to practically take the regulator back apart to get the rollers to slide back up into the tracks again. Now I need to adjust the window to get it sitting in the opening correctly. I used the sticky someone posted showing the bolts and what adjustments they make...that was very helpful. I have the window square within the opening again, but now need to adjust the upper stops so that the window will close all of the way.
