McDonalds 2 for 5 only if you ask for it???

    I have heard that folks are more likely to stand in line at the counter than line up outside in the drive through, so that's why they are told to focus there. People see a long drive through line they just go elsewhere.

    The area I live at has 2 McD's just about 2 miles apart on different sides of the road, Not including the one in the Walmart which makes 3. Then Burger king, Harddes, Freddy's, Wendy's What a burger Dairy queen all in the same stretch of road. Oh yeah 5 guys at the mall too. Several others like Arby's Chick fil a Taco bell Why anyone sit in a line for long.

    Specifying to a T doesn't work for me. I'm apparently the oddball that doesn't like anything on a burger. So I will order it as "the meat and the roll" and more often than not it will come out with cheese on it.

    Our local McDonalds has kiosks now. Enter your order, swipe your card, take a number and they deliver your food.

    I don't normally eat there but it's a treat for the kids.

    Next time something rings up at 4.99, give them 5.01 and half the time they will try to give you a dollar back.

    Or, give them $5.04 and see if they are smart enough to give you a nickel back. ;)

    Corporate would have agreed with the girl. Drive thru's rule Fast Food. McD's even has a 30 seconds or it's free from the time you pay at the window here.

    That may be their policy, but the employee voicing it in front of a customer was wrong. That would make a customer feel like their business is not considered important.
