manifold leak test

    A friend suggested using a propane torch to test for intake manifold vacuum leaks. you don't light the torch you just use the gas, open the torch to let the gas run and run the tip around the edge of the intake and if there is a vacuum leak it will suck the gas in and change the engine idle.

    wd40 is IMO a lot safer.
