You never know. Like I said,it was returned to stock. I never r saw the car with the hood open,so maybe the engine and everything else was never touched. Every picture of it shows the car just sitting around next to his actual race cars.

If I'm thinking correctly not this car Mark. That one disappeared after being up for sale a few times years and years ago. And it was orange.

I had not seen Scott Kiehne's post #210 until today.

Scott do we know what year those pics were taken....and are we too
assume that the eng picture is as built, unmolested, unrestored, from
    the Norwood factory ???

This would be the first picture I've ever seen of an original "born with" unmolested engine in a L-78 Camaro

Shows the driver side smog hose coming over the valve cover, that I argued
about for years on this site.

I'm surprised to see 1) Natural Cast Iron Master Cylinder
    2) Black Colored Alt Fan
    3) Tailpipes that dont look Chrome (?)
    4) Hard to conclude GLOSS level on Black Tailpanel.

Hi Chuck, unfortunately I can't vouch for the originality of white L78 I show in post #210. I believe it most likely went under an early restoration in the late 80's. The person I purchased my car from said he took these pictures while at a big car show somewhere on the East coast, maybe Carlisle? I'm guessing they were taken in 1990?
