Good for you!!!!
Get out there, race safe & have fun!!!
Bummer...It was supposed to be for a 1350 yoke, which is why I couldn't use it. At that time I had a 3R yoke. You have a 1350 yoke right? Sorry it didn't fit, but glad it is just a U-Joint change. I will gladly refund you some of the money to cover the U-joint since it didn't fit.
Its no biggie. The caps will not fit into the yoke on the rear. I didn't even look at the rear u-joint until last night. Thanks for the offer but there is no need to refund any money. Its a used part that I can make work (even though it looks brand new, lol). Ill buy the combination u-joint this coming week.
Okay...glad it will still work for you. Post the time slips when you get her on the track!
Will do. I'm waiting until the beginning of next month to send the belts back to rci for recertification. The belts will expire 9/19 so I can get 3 seasons out of them. I should be going down the track either the end of May or beginning of June.
Welp it's 95% done. It should be going down the track by the end of next month. I drove it for the first time tonight since this fiasco started July 2015.
Today I got the belts back from RCI. I have a few minor things to do then it's ready to go. I'm looking at 6/9 to get it to the track. With the end of the school year we have all kinds of stuff going on. If the weather doesn't look good on 6/9 then I'm looking at either 6/30, 7/7, or 7/12 to test this thing before super chevy.
I am sure everything will go perfectly !! Have a good run!
Hey what are the spec's on the rear slicks?
They are 28 x10.5 Hoosiers on 15 x 8 weld draglights with a 3.5 back space.
