When I used to run a beer delivery route, I spent 5 years delivering 'on premise'...bars and restaurants. I've seen an assload of kitchens. I learned pretty quick where I would be comfortable eating food from. Seen some pretty disgusting stuff behind the scenes in some fairly popular establishments. I wouldn't eat a free meal from some of the kitchens I've been in.
Sal...I'd give you a score of 100 in an inspection based on what I can see in those pics. Good work.

Looks nice...I'd eat there in a heartbeat! My uncle ran a restaurant and I worked for him when I was in high school. One time, he caught me slacking and said "Boy, if you got time to lean, you got time to clean!" Actually, he said that to me more than once.
