In oven now. With some help from Google. Not easy to adapt the measurements/ volums to Norwegian. 2* 8oz seems like a lot of yeast? Can't wait for them to finish.

I double the yeast due to using red star 8oz packets and my experimenting. ive found for me the bread comes out a little less dense if i use two packets. good luck.

All, I found out the issue with yeast. Here in Norway we have blocks with east. They are 50gr and is enough for 5dl or 0,5l Fluid. 8 OZ is 228gr. Anyway i used 50gr but could probably use 75gr next time. Taste was very good, we are not used to sweet bread and taste like that here in Norway. Will bake again. Thanks for sharing

Here we go again Helped with more yeast. They rised more and more " fluffy" . What is the diffrence between wheat flour and bread flour. I found bread flourat the grocey store so I used that with wheat flour.

Its just slang terms. I use king author white bread flour and whatever brand of wheat flower they habe at the store. Glad your enjoying the bread.
