Hey Ground Up, some customer feedback....

    I have many parts from Ground Up and never had an issue. I like to go there when I can take the time and just pick up my own stuff.

    I've ordered from Ground Up a number of times in the past. Never a problem.

    Well, don't forget to make sure you put the discount code in, for what ever discount they are having, because if you press order, and forgot, even if you call them,right away, they will not help, so for 10 bucks they lost a customer

    I have had similar experiences with online purchases. (not ground up) Order a bunch of stuff, website lets me click on stuff and put it in my shopping cart, checkout, and away we go. Then the next day i get an email stating something is out of stock, and it will ship directly from the manufacturer in 2 weeks. This tells me they just advertise parts that they dont have in stock. I find that incredibly frustrating. Of course everybody price shops online, but i also take shipping into consideration.
