HELP!!!

    Okay you can laugh first and then help me. Newer at doing a Camaro restoration and I've done everything by the book until now..........I have taken pictures and labelled MOST of my parts however for the life of me I cannot recall where this goes.

    Its a 1977 Camaro Coupe with no A/C and the restoration is the dismantling of the entire front end back to the firewall. The piece is a small piece of sheet metal that has bent edges, with 2 holes (for fastening i assume) and i thought it may have come from the right fender area close to the heater box.

    IIRC, that’s a heat shield which bolts to the frame near the catalytic converter.

    That may be why I can't find its location since the subframe is still out getting older coated. I couldn't find it in the manuals at all but i was focusing on the fender/firewall area.

    Thats the shield that mounts to the side of the subframe and protects the rubber portion of the fuel line....I believe
