Just finishing installing the headers Hedman Huslers # 65104.
    1980 350 4sp Z28 a/c
Nice header..but not a great fit at all.... but those boys at Hedman sure painted a Rosy picture.. But everything is done now just getting the AC reinstalled and the bracket LC 3 (circled in the pic) will no longer bolt up to the exhaust bolts. The bracket is required to support the back of the compressor.
Has anybody ran across this and is there a bracket available or is this a DIY bracket? Thanks

Lowend.., That a nice beefy bracket, but it isn't correct. It moves it to far forward. The boss needs to be located between. 1 & 3.
I ordered the Hedman. It appears to be a perfect fit. Thanks

Ran into that same problem with my 70. I took the factory exhaust bolt and made a long shim. Kind of a cylindrical holow peice of steel and milled the side. Put the factory bolt through the ac mount, through the shim, then through the header and torqued down. Works great
